Holly's experience with the local market and with fellow realtors proved invaluable. She was professional from beginning to end. We had to move to our new home before closing. For one month, Holly took care of our property, handled every concern, and represented us at closing. We know that we could not have made a better choice. Amazing doesn't begin to describe Holly. She is constantly hustling and always looking for the right house. This is the second house she's helped us buy, and we won't use anybody else. Words can't describe how good she really is. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

Holly is excellent in every aspect of real estate. She has helped us understand the properties in Georgetown, KY and the surrounding area. Holly made her schedule adaptable to the time we had available. She was helpful locating properties, scheduling viewings, presenting our proposals, negotiating and following through the closing process. Holly is also assisting us in finding a renter. Holly is an excellent realtor who truly puts her clients' interests first. She sold our home in Georgetown for more money than we expected. She is incredibly responsive-scheduling meetings that suited our timetable and even would stop by the listing to help with pets! The value Holly adds to the transaction far surpasses other realtors we have dealt with in the past. I would recommend for selling or buying in the Georgetown area.
